SUMMARY:AI: To Use or Not to Use
DESCRIPTION:This session introduces attendees to generative AI tools 
 focusing on their ethical use in academic situations. Participants will 
 examine the ethical and academic implications of using generative AI tools 
 through live demonstrations\, practical scenarios\, and paired small group 
 discussion. The session will explore questions such as: When is it 
 appropriate to use Gen AI tools? What are the risks of relying on 
 AI-generated content? By the end of the session\, participants will have a 
 foundational understanding of generative AI and be better equipped to 
 navigate its role in academic and personal contexts with integrity and 
 discernment.\n\nLearning Outcomes: As a result of this session\, you will 
 be able to: 1. Weigh the advantages and disadvantages of using AI tools to 
 complete academic assignments 2. Explore and evaluate how AI use impacts 
 academic integrity\, personal learning\, and efficiency 3. Gain insights 
 from peer discussions to better understand diverse perspectives on using AI
