Evaluating Social Media Sources Online
This workshop will address various types of misinformation and disinformation. We will introduce strategies for evaluating social media sources, identify resources and tools for fact‐checking, and discuss how to cite social media sources.
Learning Outcomes: Recognize types of mis- and disinformation. Use strategies to help evaluate social media sources. Identify Resources and tools for fact-checking. Cite social media sources.
